Need a mock-up? We can create one. Ready to roll? We’ll collect payment and lock in your order. -
Sampling
Once your design is approved, we’ll create a pre-production sample.
You’ll receive sample photos or videos within 10–14 days so you can see the details up close.
This is your moment to tweak anything you want. We don’t move forward until you’re happy. -
Production & Shipping
After the sample is approved, production begins.
Your caps ship straight to your door, and we’ll send tracking info so you can follow them every step of the way.

What’s the minimum order?
We offer flexible minimums, and you can even split a run across different colors or decorations. Just reach out — we’ll help you build the right order size.
Can I order just one cap?
Due to the customized nature of our caps, we cannot produce one cap. Our online retail web store will however carry caps of our own creation and a few of our Flagship models with no decoration that can be purchased in any quantity.
How long does the full process take?
The sampling stage takes about 10–14 days. Production timelines vary depending on quantity and customization, but we keep communication clear and consistent throughout.
Are there any hidden fees?
No – shipping is included in your quoted price.
Do you offer embroidery, patches, transfers, etc.?
Yes — we offer full customization, including different decoration options depending on the cap style and your design needs.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, all shipping details are handled directly with each order. Let us know where you’re located, and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
Can I tweak my design after I see the sample?
Absolutely. That’s what the sampling stage is for. We don’t go to production without your full approval.
