Start by filling out our Custom Orders form.
We’ll reach out to walk you through your design, answer questions, and help refine your ideas.
Need a mock-up? We can create one. Ready to roll? We’ll collect payment and lock in your order.
Sampling
Once your design is approved, we’ll create a pre-production sample.
You’ll receive sample photos or videos within 10–14 days so you can see the details up close.
This is your moment to tweak anything you want. We don’t move forward until you’re happy.

We offer flexible minimums, and you can even split a run across different colors or decorations. Just reach out — we’ll help you build the right order size.

Due to the customized nature of our caps, we cannot produce one cap. Our online retail web store will however carry caps of our own creation and a few of our Flagship models with no decoration that can be purchased in any quantity.

The sampling stage takes about 10–14 days. Production timelines vary depending on quantity and customization, but we keep communication clear and consistent throughout.
